This easy kale salad with fresh vegies and a super simple homemade maple vinaigrette, makes it perfect as a healthy side dish!
I’m talking full of fresh ingredients with lots of flavour and crunch, this is definitely one of my very favourite kale salad recipes!

Our warm kale salad is really just a combination of sauté greens and a few of my favourite salad toppings!
The great thing about cooking kale this way is that the leaves become soft and tender.
The vinaigrette blends well with kale and ending it with bacon and parmesan makes it even better!

I love this salad served warm, but you can also eat it cold.
Even if you eat it straight from the fridge, you’ll still get to enjoy soft, tender greens.

Kale is a type of vegetable that is packed with nutrients that supports healthy hair, skin, and bones.
