Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Salmon Belly strips diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • tsp low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • Spring Onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Dice Salmon Belly strips.
  • Heat olive oil in a frypan.
  • Add garlic and red chili. Sauté until aromatic.
  • Add salmon and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir briefly.
  • Top with fresh spring onions to serve.
