Ingredients

  • 150g Salmon Belly strips, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1½ tsp low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • Spring Onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dice Salmon Belly strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frypan.
  3. Add garlic and red chili. Sauté until aromatic.
  4. Add salmon and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir briefly.
