Tuna with Avocado Salad

In this version of the tuna and avocado salad, we've added a bit of zing with a hidden ingredient!
This recipe is packed with protein, healthy fat and of course, it's low in carbohydrates and fits in to the keto diet.

The best thing about it is that there's no cooking or baking involved. Very easy to make, it only takes about 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 142 g (5 oz) canned Albacore Tuna
  • ¼ cup Avocado, diced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Celery
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Curry powder
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake tuna.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Fold in tuna, avocado, and celery.
  4. Serve as per serving suggestions below.
