  • Large bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons


  • 142 g albacore tuna
  • ¼ cup avocado diced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp curry powder
  • salt
  • black epper


  • Drain and flake the 142 g albacore tuna.
  • Whisk together 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp curry powder, salt and black epper in a bowl.
  • Fold in tuna, ¼ cup avocado, and 2 Tbsp chopped celery.
  • Serve as per serving suggestions below.
