In this version of the tuna and avocado salad, we've added a bit of zing with a hidden ingredient! This recipe is packed with protein, healthy fat and of course, it's low in carbs and fits in to the keto diet. <p>The best thing about it is that there's no cooking or baking involved. Very easy to make, it only takes about 5 minutes!</p>

Ingredients
- 142 g albacore tuna
- ¼ cup avocado diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp
mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp curry powder
- salt
- black epper
Instructions
- Drain and flake the 142 g albacore tuna.
- Whisk together 2 Tbsp
mayonnaise , 2 Tbsp curry powder, salt and black epper in a bowl. - Fold in tuna, ¼ cup avocado, and 2 Tbsp chopped celery.
