  • 400 g prawns
  • 400 g beef fillet cut into 1.5-2.5 cm (¾-1 inch) cubes
  • 4 zucchini cut into 1.5 cm (¾ inch) cubes
  • 4 red capsicum cut into 1.5 cm (¾ inch) cubes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water.
  • Peel, Devein and wash prawns.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Preheat the BBQ or frying pan to medium-high heat.
