  • ¼ cup Black Olives pitted⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 15 grams Blue Cheese cut into cubes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 100 grams Smoked Salmon 2.5cm (1 inch) slices⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For the dressing:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

For the salad:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Prepare the lunch box and all the salad ingredients.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Add 50 grams Cucumber first.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Add ¼ cup Black Olives.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Add 15 grams Blue Cheese.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Lastly, add 100 grams Smoked Salmon.
  • Cover and make the dressing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For the dressing:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Using a small bowl, add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, ¼ tsp Dijon Mustard, and 1 tsp Lemon Juice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Whisk until well combined and creamy texture is reached.
  • Drizzle over the salad.
