Keto Fat Bombs Recipe
This recipe for Keto Fat Bombs is so quick and easy to make and they are no bake.

These keto Tiramisu fat bombs will make a delicious dessert! They are also a great option for on the go snacks!

Ingredients

  • 125g/4oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 60g/2oz Butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol sweetener (see notes below)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup crushed Sugar-free Grahams (See variations below)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough and roll into balls.
  4. Chill for one hour.

Notes

What is Erythritol?
Erythritol is a low-calorie sweetener that has 60-70 per cent the sweetness of sugar.

It is manufactured from a fermentation of natural products: dextrose derived from non-GM corn.
This sweetener is not completely absorbed by the body so there is a limited effect on blood sugar levels.
Five grams of erythritol is equivalent to one calorie.
You can get it through most supermarket chains and health food stores.
