Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Banana
  • 2 cups Neapolitan ice-cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • 1 Cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Split the banana in 2 parts lengthways and put them side by side on a suitable plate or dish.
  • Place a large scoop of vanilla ice-cream in middle, then strawberry and chocolate ice-creams on the side.
  • Place smaller scoops of whipped cream on top of ice cream.
  • Pour some chocolate sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with Cherry.
  • Serve immediately.

    Substitute the ice cream for vanilla, strawberry and chocolate gelato.
    This will also make it gelatin free.
