Ingredients
- 2-3 kg corned beef silverside
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Place the corned beef silverside in your pressure cooker.
Add the onion, carrots, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaf. - Pour in the water.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
