- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Place the 2-3 kg
corned beef silverside in your pressure cooker. Add the 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped carrots, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, and bay 1 bay leaf. - Pour in the 1/2 cup water.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
- Remove the corned beef from the pressure cooker and let it cool slightly before slicing thinly.
