- ½ cup of coconut milk full-fat for extra creaminess
- ½ frozen banana optional, for extra thickness
- ⅔ tsp of freshly grated ginger
- squeeze of fresh lime juice
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Toss 2 cups of cubed watermelon, ½ cup of coconut milk, ½ frozen banana, ⅔ tsp of freshly grated ginger, squeeze of fresh lime juice and a handful of ice cubes into your blender and blend until smooth and frosty.
