Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 150g each, skin-on
  • 2 Tbsp softened butter
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the 2 Tbsp softened butter, 1 Tbsp fresh dill, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and the 1 clove minced garlic. Season with Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Place the 4 salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Recipe Tips:
  1. For a crispier skin, Turn so skin-side is up and Broil/Grill the salmon on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  2. Feel free to substitute other fresh herbs like parsley or chives for the dill.
