  • Frying pan or skillet,

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Chicken breast diced
  • 10 g garlic minced
  • 10 g green onion minced
  • 5 g ginger minced
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp thickend Cream
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a pan.
  • Add 5 g ginger, 10 g garlic and 10 g green onion.
  • Then saute until aromatic.
  • Add 2 tsp tomato paste and 2 tsp curry powder. and stir in for about a minute.
  • Add ½ cup chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the 100 g Chicken breast pieces and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add 2 Tbsp thickend Cream and simmer until thick.
  • Top with fresh cilantro .

Butter chicken with potato;
Dice ½ cup potato or sweet potato to a Large dice cut size and add when simmering chicken.
For a lighter version;
For a slightly lighter version substitute thickend cream with 1 Tbsp light cream + 1 Tbsp milk.
