Ingredients

peeled and deveined prawns

Instructions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
Preheat a bbq grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the

Thread the
450 grams peeled and deveined prawns
onto pre-soaked skewers.
