  • BBQ grill or frying pan
  • 4 bamboo skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams peeled and deveined prawns
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
  • Preheat a bbq grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tsp minced garlic, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Thread the 450 grams peeled and deveined prawns onto pre-soaked skewers.
  • Brush the prawns with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Notes

Tips:
  • For extra flavour, marinate the prawns in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve the prawns with lemon wedges and your favourite dipping sauce.
