Ingredients
  

  • 4 fish fillets such as salmon, mahi-mahi, or cod
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the fish fillets with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the over the fish fillets.
  • Grill the fish fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
