Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the prawns onto pre-soaked skewers.
  • Brush the prawns with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
