1cupbrown sugar
½cuphoney
½cupDijon mustard
¼cupapple cider vinegar
¼cuppineapple juice
¼cupwater - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
1tspground cinnamon
½tspground cloves
½tspground nutmeg
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Brush the ham with the basting sauce.
